DESCRIPTION:FM:Systems User Conference (2019) Breakout Session\nRoom: Southern II\nTime: 9:00am – 9:40am \nLearn how Tufts Health Plan & AMS CAD + CAFM Solutions setup an automated feed of 50+ security badging systems.  See how they were able to better analyze space\, identifying departments that are not diversifying their work from home days or that have low e-working numbers.  Discover how THP implemented wayfinding based on FM:Mobile using kiosks located throughout the facility to assist their employees in locating people and places for a more personal and productive workplace. \n  \nPrimary Learning Objectives \n\nIntegration from other systems into FMI\nWayfinding using FM:Mobile\nReporting on integration data\n\nBarbara Redmond\, Senior Manager of Real Estate Technology\, Building Security & Safety // Tufts Health Plan \nAs the Sr. Manager of Real Estate Technology\, Building Security & Safety at Tufts Health Plan\, Barbara and her team support the organization in their daily and long-term space needs\, utilization\, and strategic planning projects.  Barbara has been with Tufts Health Plan for 21 years\, and is responsible for helping to implement and manage FM:Interact to support space planning\, move efforts\, and service requests for the employees.  She plays a key role in special FM hardware\, software\, and technology projects such as kiosk systems\, security systems\, and mobile solutions for Tufts Health Plan to support the overall mission of the organization. \n  \nLisa Koskulics\, Applications Designer // AMS CAD + CAFM Solutions \nAs an Applications Designer at AMS CAD + CAFM Solutions\, Lisa consults with customers to identify workflows and processes that best support their needs using FM:Systems software.   Lisa is in her 5th year at AMS and plays an important role in helping to train new employees in both industry and technical areas\, and has recently taken on the role as Team Development Coordinator for the company.  She has an expertise in report writing and assists in project management responsibilities at multiple AMS accounts.  Lisa is an IFMA Facility Management Professional and is an active member of the New Jersey IFMA chapter.
