A User-Friendly, Sustainable Design
You may have decided on an Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) software solution – but that’s only the first step. The out-of-the-box software requires configuration to reach its potential and meet all of your facilities management needs. This includes everything from system authentication and Human Resources (HR) data feeds to role-based home pages, forms, emails, and reports. AMS Workplace Technology knows FM:Systems software inside and out and excels in configuring the platform to meet customer needs at every level.
System Setup
The first step in using FM:Systems is establishing authentication to allow user access to the system and align privileged users with additional roles and permissions. AMS has experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication methods such as SAML and OKTA that FM:Systems uses to help get users into the system security.
In addition, AMS assists with the transfer of data sources such as those from HR and finance departments that supply gold-source data for employees and departments or cost centers. These data feeds are important to keep personnel and departments updated in the system to help ensure accurate data.
User Interface & Experience
AMS focuses a great deal of attention on the overall User Experience (UX) with FM:Systems software. We have created many user-friendly and intuitive homepages and dashboards to meet customer needs. Our latest homepage solution, Dynamix, offers a low-code way for you to change your own homepage layout as needed. The UX includes multiple components from links and resources to geographic site mapping tools and navigation.
Building a strong, streamlined UX sets the system up for better adoption by end users and helps to make sure it is used properly and efficiently by everyone on your team.
