Dan Lorenz

Dan Lorenz, FMP – President

Dan Lorenz, started at AMS in 1996 as an Applications Engineer with prior experience as a CAD Manager/Developer at Geraghty & Miller, Inc. (now Arcadis). He helped to support and grow the CAD services offerings at AMS by learning document management software and applying his developer skills to offer new design automation solutions to customers. Dan continued this pattern of learning new technologies by taking on implementation and support of FM:Systems’ Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) software for one of FM:Systems’ largest customers.

The results of this effort launched a whole new division of IWMS software and Facilities Management (FM) technology solutions at AMS, helping AMS quickly become one of FM:Systems’ most trusted and valued partners. Dan became both Vice President and a partner at AMS and continued to grow and develop the IWMS Division as his primary responsibility over the next ten (10) years. In 2018, AMS sold their Autodesk reseller business to focus exclusively on IWMS & FM technology and Dan purchased the remaining shares of AMS from founder Brad Whittemore, assuming responsibility as President of AMS Workplace Technology.

Elisa Custode

Elisa Custode – Executive Accountant

Elisa began working at AMS in 2016 as a part-time accountant supporting accounts receivable for the fast-growing IWMS Division. During this time, Elisa also worked as the accountant for her husband’s law firm, The Law Office of Frank A. Custode, LLC. Once the growth of the IWMS Division took off, Elisa became more involved in the business, working additional hours and taking on more responsibilities. 

After the ownership change at AMS, Elisa was hired to a full-time position in 2019 as Office Manager and has since been promoted to the title of Executive Accountant.  Elisa is responsible primarily for company finances, human resources, employee wellness and office coordination.

Jeremy Owen

Jeremy Owen – Director of Solutions

Jeremy Owen joined AMS Workplace Technology in 2003 as a Senior Web Applications Developer. With a strong background in web development and passion for UI/UX design, he has led numerous high-impact projects and advanced configurations. What sets him apart is his enthusiasm for maximizing software capabilities to meet customer challenges. His focus on continuous improvement in both functionality and design has earned him recognition in the industry.

In his current role as Director of Solutions, Jeremy is excited to lead an outstanding, growing team of professionals and oversees the development, standardization, and deployment of implementation solutions, as well as product support. He also manages AMS' internal knowledge base and training programs, ensuring the advancement of customer's workplace technology solutions. His leadership philosophy centers on innovation and excellence with a commitment to client success.

Richard Belar

Richard Belar – Director of Innovation

Richard's journey at AMS began in 2017 when he joined as an Applications Engineer. During his first few years, he absorbed the intricacies of the FM Industry earning his FMP while also expanding his software expertise with FM:Systems software. Richard's proactive mindset and application development skills led to the creation of impactful solutions such as AMS Dynamix and FMS:Connect. Additionally, his CompTIA A+/Network+ Certifications also allowed him to assume the role of IT & Network Administrator, further supporting the technical capabilities of AMS.

Years of experience, knowledge, and leadership have propelled Richard to achieve the title of Director of Innovation. In this capacity, he oversees Research & Development, Application Development & Architecture, and Cloud & Hardware solutions. Richard's influence goes beyond technology, where he has played a pivotal role in initiating and shaping organizational best practices while nurturing a mentorship-driven culture that places the team's growth at the forefront.

Lisa Koskulics

Lisa Koskulics – Director of Product & Services

Lisa Koskulics started her career out of college with AMS as a Jr. Applications Technician in 2015. During this time, Lisa acquired knowledge of FM:Systems software through configuration. She also learned the facilities management industry through supporting customer accounts and earning her IFMA FMP certification. She spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive training program, fostering knowledge-sharing and team development within the company.

Lisa's contributions have led to her being promoted to the Director of Product & Services role where she brings a wealth of experience, consulting skills, and leadership to the table. She orchestrates and leads insightful discovery sessions, where she collaborates closely with clients to unveil their unique goals and challenges. Lisa's expertise has allowed her the privilege of being a featured presenter at multiple facility management conferences, where she has shared practical insights and industry perspectives.

Josh Church

Josh Church – Sr. Project Manager

Josh began his career in the property management industry, later focusing on the capital construction management field in bustling New York City. He managed large scale construction projects and streamlined and implemented new project management processes, boosting efficiency, and enhancing deliverables for both the company and its clients. Joining AMS in 2021, Josh brought his attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and client-focused approach to the Facility Management Software space, starting as a Senior Project Coordinator and now serving as a Senior Project Manager and AMS Department Leader.

In his current leadership role within AMS' Customer Success Department, Josh oversees a team of project coordinators and project managers. His vision for the department focuses on streamlining project and company processes, perpetually improving standards to elevate client/stakeholder and employee experiences, and leveraging his expertise with unique and dynamic problem-solving approaches. Josh is committed to driving productivity and excellence in the department towards greater efficiency and higher levels of client satisfaction, aiming to position AMS for continued success in the ever-evolving world of software project management.
