Challenges of Move Management

Dealing with Moves/Adds/Changes (MAC) is challenging since employees do not always notify facilities when they change their location. This often leads to inaccurate space utilization data and can sometimes misrepresent departmental use of space. The typical tool used for managing MACs is a basic spreadsheet that collects move lists.
