Our company is 100% dedicated to FM:Systems software products and technology solutions. Unlike other CAFM/IWMS implementation firms offering multiple competitive products, rather than being a jack-of-all-trades we choose to be a master of one. This allows us to truly be experts in FM:Systems software, understanding it inside and out. To further be able to be the best at what we do, our employees receive experience and education in the Facilities Management (FM) industry, namely through the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) and their Facilities Management Professional (FMP) program. Our knowledge of the FM industry combined with our thorough expertise in FM:Systems and related technology sets us apart and makes us unique.

Solution Delivery Model

The core of our solution delivery is in its implementation methodology. AMS is focused on delivering goals-oriented, sustainable solutions that continue to evolve and grow over time. We don’t look to give the customer a blank sheet of paper and ask “What do you want?”, but rather guide customers to where they need to be based on our expert knowledge of the software, learned best practices, and understanding of their business and processes. The key areas in more details are as follows:

Goals-Oriented

We begin by truly understanding what is hoped to be achieved by the customer. This means consulting with a customer to understand their pain points and current challenges. We then clearly outline the goals that will be achieved by the solution, even documenting user stories to better identify more detailed results looking to be achieved by role. We look to understand the workflows of a company to best design and support the solution around how the customer wants to work in their best interest.

Sustainable Design

For a system to be successful, it must not rely on a vendor for constant support and operations. A good design will allow for the customer to manage and operate it independently, only looking for help when more heavy lifting is required. A customer should be able to train their own team internally and know what’s possible. This approach to ensure that the system is sustainable for use is important for the adoption and accuracy of the implemented solution.

Continuous Improvement

Many of the most successful customers continue to expand their use of FM:Systems year-over-year to do more to help their organization. This may include adding on a new module, expanding an existing one, or even configuring a new custom solution to replace a manual process. A continuous improvement model allows a customer to learn and adjust their solution to make their organization as successful as possible.

Project Management

In order to help ensure the success of a project, AMS assigns one or more Project Leads (PL) and/or a Project Coordinator (PC) to each account. We assist customers at every level of managing a project, working together with a designated customer IT PM or fully managing and driving a project as a separate service. Our dedicated Project Coordinator helps to make sure projects run smoothly. If needed, an escalation path through an Account Manager is provided for the highest level of support and visibility.
