The partnership follows AMS having developed a fully integrated and bidirectional synchronizing integration with FM:Systems software. AMS has worked diligently to meet ServiceNow’s requirements for development and uses standard ServiceNow features and methods to facilitate the exchange of information with FM:Systems.
The integration allows for any FM:Systems module such as Move Management, Maintenance Management, etc. and any ServiceNow ticket types including Requests, Incidents, etc. to be created and updated as needed to allow for complete synchronization between the applications. A classic example of this is to automatically create a ServiceNow ticket for telephone or IT services from a move request created in FM:Systems. This allows ServiceNow to continue to be used for ticketing as needed by providing automation of the Move Management module in FM:Systems to act as a one-stop-shop for processing move requests.
