Samsung Electronics America (SEA) is the world’s largest manufacturer of mobile phones with its flagship Samsung GalaxyTM line. SEA also markets semiconductors, household appliances, and other consumer electronics maintaining the world’s largest market share of flat-panel televisions. With headquarters in Ridgefield Park, NJ and North Texas, SEA consolidated its facility management services and implemented FM:Interact to deliver it’s white-glove concierge employee services and prepare for their large corporate move to Plano TX.
With the help of AMS CAD + CAFM Solutions, SEA implemented FM:Interact in a phased-approach to deliver to employees a suite of workplace tools to allow for the request and processing of Moves/Adds/Changes (MAC) and facility Service Requests. Branded as MyWorkplace for communication and awareness, the solution allowed SEA employees to make a better connection with facilities and streamline often confusing processes into a one-stop-shop. Learn more about how SEA planned and delivered a best-in-class implementation of FM:Interact to support their new Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) for a redesigned Activity-Based Workplace.
