On-Demand Support
AMS offers on-demand support for cases where customers need ongoing support resources, but it is sporadic over time. This support typically ranges from assistance with data imports and reports to CAD floor plan cleanup and individual tutoring. Usually on a time and materials basis, it can be used for just about anything, including consulting, as facility and real estate customers continue to better use and leverage the software and related Facilities Management (FM) technology.
Support Pools
Some customers know they need support, but aren’t quite sure how much they will need, and sometimes these needs change as the business changes. Many customers fall into this category and want the flexibility of using support how and when they need it. In this case, you can open a support purchase order for an amount you’re comfortable with and chip away at that as needed. Typically, this does not include project-based services, but can provide a path to manage and control expenses as the need arises and get things done quickly when it does.
